Ecotab automotive branding marketing design identity

Created the brand identity to launch a fuel-saving tablet, Ecotab. Up against established branding agencies, this identity was pitched to financial investors in the City. The product had already been available in the US and needed a new look for launch in the UK. The packaging was already in place – incorporating 2 Ecotabs at the bottom of an A6 carrier – so the main challenge was to design a logo and graphics around this. A clean, fresh approach was taken to give the product more of a european, environmentally friendly, lifestyle feel rather than targeting the car enthusiast with dynamic, male-oriented, motorsport-led graphics used by other fuel saving brands, such as Redex. Work includes: logo, strapline, packaging, point of sale and website.
