Worked with the Eurostar Frequent Traveller Marketing department, originating concepts, design and copy; eliciting call-to-action, and providing customer feedback for various print/ online campaigns. One of Eurostar’s strengths is that it appeals to those who enjoy the journey as much as getting there. Each element of the communication needed to be on-message, adhere to brand design guidelines, and push this key difference. French and Flemish versions of materials were produced as well.
